Return And Exchange Policy
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Exchange and Returns (Money Back Guarantee)
If when you receive your product(s), if it is a quality problem, we accept the return and guarantee a replacement or refund. For non-quality issues, we do not accept exchanges and refunds, please purchase with caution. Returns will take approximately 5 working days for the process once the goods have arrived. The precise length depends on the payment provider used (e.g. PayPal, credit card company, etc). Items must be in their original packaging, all the original boxes must be intact and must include, along with all packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and gifts, plus all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer and GHstore.
You must first contact us before sending any item back. Any product returned without contact us will not be refunded.
The money back guarantee does not cover volume/wholesale and customized orders.
Any product returned found not to be defective can be refunded within the time stated above. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customer's own expense.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
By default, the refund amount cannot exceed the original order amount paid to GHstore. GHstore is not responsible for and has no knowledge about any bank fees or exchange rate charges that may occur. These fees are processed by the issuing bank and will not be refunded by GHstore.
If you need to return the product due to product quality problems, you need to submit it within 7 days after receiving the product (Operation process: the lower right corner of the GHstore website homepage: MY ACCOUNT - returns) At the same time, you need to send photos of the broken goods to service@GHstore.net by email. Return and refund will not be accepted after the expiration date.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-product quality problems or no wrong delivery.
